龙形轧制轧板的弯曲控制及其对性能影响的研究综述

龙形轧制是一种非对称轧制工艺,通过在异步轧制基础上引入轧辊错位这一新的非对称元素,在增加轧板心部变形量的同时,克服异步轧制导致的轧板弯曲.本文围绕龙形轧制轧板的弯曲控制和其对性能影响的研究进展进行了综述,介绍了新的研究成果并分析了不同研究工作的特点,最后对龙形轧制工艺研究当前存在的主要问题进行了综述,并提出了未来的研究方向.
Research Review on Bending Control of Dragon Rolled Plate and Its Influence on Performance
Dragon rolling is an asymmetric rolling process.By introducing the new asymmetric element of roller dislocation on the basis of asynchronous rolling,it not only increass the deformation of the core of the rolled plate,but also overcomes the bending of the rolled plate caused by asynchronous rolling.The research progress of the bending control of the dragon-shaped rolled plate and the influence on the performance were reviewed.The new research results were introduced and the characteristics of different studies were analyzed.Finally,the main problems of dragon rolling process were reviewed and the future research directions were also presented.
