冷轧变形对0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响

采用OM、SEM、XRD、维氏硬度计、万能试验机等研究了不同变形量冷轧对热轧态 0Cr18Ni9 奥氏体不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着冷轧变形量的增加,0Cr18Ni9 不锈钢晶粒变形越来越明显,晶界处位错塞积不断加剧,晶界越来越模糊,组织中越来越多的奥氏体转变为马氏体.随着冷轧变形量的增加,0Cr18Ni9 不锈钢的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度均逐渐升高,伸长率逐渐下降.冷轧变形量 36%的 0Cr18Ni9 不锈钢的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度均达到最大值,分别为 432.3 HV、1283.1MPa、1195.2 MPa.
Effect of Cold Rolling Deformation on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 0Cr18Ni9 Austenitic Stainless Steel
The effect of cold rolling with different deformation amounts on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel was studied by OM,SEM,XRD,Vickers hardness tester and universal testing machine.The results show that with the increase of cold rolling deformation amount,the grain deformation of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel becomes more and more obvious,the dislocation deposit at grain boundary becomes more and more serious,the grain boundary becomes more and more fuzzy,and more and more austenite in the microstructure changes to martensite.With the increase of cold rolling deformation amount,the hardness,tensile strength and yield strength of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel increase gradually,while the elongation decreases gradually.The hardness,tensile strength and yield strength of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel with 36%cold rolling deformation reach the maximum value,which are 432.3 HV,1283.1MPa and 1195.2 MPa,respectively.
