GH4169高温合金晶粒长大动力学模型

采用OM、SEM等分析方法对GH4169 高温合金在 960~1080℃下的晶粒长大行为进行研究,获得不同加热温度和保温时间下合金的平均晶粒尺寸,并观察到δ相的钉扎效应对晶粒长大的阻碍.考虑δ相的钉扎效应建立了GH4169 晶粒长大模型,并对晶粒的长大情况进行预测.对比发现,预测值与实验值吻合较好,模型具有较好的准确性.研究结果可为GH4169 高温合金的热处理工艺的制定和实际生产应用提供理论依据.
Dynamic Model of Grain Growth of GH4169 Superalloy
The grain growth behavior of GH4169 superalloy at 960-1080℃was studied by OM,SEM and other analysis methods.The average grain size of the alloy at different heating temperatures and holding time was obtained,and it was observed that the pinning effect of the δ phase should hinder the grain growth.Considering the pinning effect of δ phase,the GH4169 grain growth dynamic model was established and the grain growth situation was predicted.The comparison results show that the predicted value agrees well with the experimental value,and the model is relatively accurate.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the development of heat treatment technology and practical production and application of GH4169 superalloy.
