Aiming at aerospace satellite antennas,in order to improve the performance of antenna composites,the mold metal coating method was used to achieve composite surface metallization.There are many factors that affect metal coating in actual process testing,then according to the division method of the subsystem,the influencing factors of metallizing mold surface transfer process was briefly summarized,and the factors such as metal wire feeding speed,spray lance motion parameters,and space environment were analyzed.What is more,the factors to the metal coating in mobile robot subsystem was studied in detail,and the relationship curve of the coating thickness with the speed,distance,spacing,and number of repetitions in the motion of the spray gun was obtained,which can provide reference for the design test so as to extract the main parameters of the actual process extraction.
