激光熔覆Ni/h-BN涂层的制备及摩擦学性能

Ni/h-BN是一种优良的高温固体润滑剂,h-BN较差的可烧结性以及其同金属材料润湿性差等缺点限制了其进一步的应用.目前封严涂层的性能研究注重涂层零件在工作温度(高温)时的摩擦学性能,而航空发动机涂层的转子对象件与封严涂层进行刮磨时主要还是室温条件下,而对室温下Ni/h-BN涂层摩擦学性能研究不足.对使用激光熔覆制备Ni/h-BN涂层进行了室温下摩擦学性能探究,再结合激光熔覆涂层的表面形貌,工艺参数功率为 500 W、扫描速度为 350 mm/min是最佳熔覆工艺.Ni/h-BN 复合涂层与Si3N4 陶瓷球配副,载荷 3 N,滑动速度分别为 0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25 m/s.在室温条件下对摩 240 m下,Ni/h-BN涂层的磨损率在 10-4 mm3/(N·m)且随着滑动速度的增大而逐渐降低.
Ni/h-BN is an excellent high-temperature solid lubricant.The poor sinterability of h-BN and its poor wettability with metal materials limit its further application.The current research on the performance of the seal coating focuses on the tribological performance of the coated parts at working temperature(high temperature),while the rotor object of the aeroengine coating and the seal coating are mainly at room temperature when scraping and grinding.However,the tribological properties of Ni/h-BN coatings at room temperature are insufficiently studied.Therefore,the research focuses on the tribological properties of Ni/h-BN coating prepared by laser cladding at room temperature.Combined with the surface morphology of laser cladding coatings,the process parameters are 500 W power and 350 mm/min scanning speed,which is the best melting.The Ni/h-BN composite coating is matched with Si3N4 ceramic balls,the load is 3 N,the sliding speed is 0.10 m/s,0.15 m/s,0.20 m/s,0.25 m/s.At room temperature,the wear rate of Ni/h-BN coating is on the order of 10-4 mm3/(N·m)under the friction 240 m,and it gradually decreases with the increase of sliding speed.
