针对MARK Ⅲ型LNG薄膜舱的主屏壁波纹板焊接特点及要求,采用等离子弧焊接方法,在立向上位置改变主要焊接工艺参数开展系列试验,研究工艺参数对 304L不锈钢搭接焊缝成形的影响规律.结果表明,电弧峰值电流、脉冲频率和离子气流量等电弧参数以及电弧长度、焊枪指向位置对焊缝成形有明显影响;焊缝成形良好的工艺参数范围为:峰值电流 70~95 A,基值电流 30 A,脉冲频率 4~6 Hz,离子气流量 0.20~0.35 L/min,电弧长度d1 在 0.8~1.4 mm,焊枪指向位置d2 为-0.3~0.3 mm.这为开发自动化焊接设备提供了理论基础.
Effect of Welding Parameters on Stainless Steel Lap Weld Formation
According to the welding characteristics and requirements of corrugated plate of main screen wall of MARKⅢ LNG membrane tank,a large number of plasma arc welding process tests were carried out by changing main welding process parameters at vertical upward position,and the influence of process parameters on 304L stainless steel lap weld formation was studied.The results show that the arc parameters such as arc peak current,pulse frequency and ionic gas flow,as well as arc length and torch pointing position have a significant impact on the weld formation.The range of process parameters for good weld formation is the peak current of 70-95 A,the base current of 30 A,the pulse frequency of 4-6 Hz,the ion gas flow rate of 0.20-0.35 L/min,the arc length of 0.8-1.4 mm,and the welding torch pointing position of-0.3-0.3 mm.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the development of automatic welding equipment.
