Effect of Columnar Grain Proportion in Continuous Casting Slab on Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Non-Oriented Electrical Steel
More columnar grains with strong{100}texture can be retained in the continuous casting process of high grade non-oriented silicon steel without electromagnetic stirring.Hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling and recrystallization annealing were carried out on the slab, the microstructure and texture in the process were detected, and the corresponding magnetic properties were determined. The results show that the strength of{100}and other favorable textures in the finished product can be improved by increasing the proportion of columnar grains in the continuous casting slab, iron loss P1.5/50 can be reduced, the comprehensive magnetic properties are improved obviously, and the corrugated defects will not appear on the surface.
