连铸坯中柱状晶比例对无取向电工钢组织和磁性能的影响

摘要
在高牌号无取向硅钢的连铸生产过程中不进行电磁搅拌,可以保留更多具有强{100}织构的柱状晶.对该铸坯进行热轧、常化、冷轧和再结晶退火,检测工艺过程中的组织和织构,测定其对应的磁性能.结果表明:提高连铸坯中柱状晶比例,可以提高成品中的{100}等有利织构的强度,铁损P1.5/50 降低,综合磁性明显改善,而且表面不会产生瓦楞状缺陷.
Abstract
More columnar grains with strong{100}texture can be retained in the continuous casting process of high grade non-oriented silicon steel without electromagnetic stirring.Hot rolling,normalizing,cold rolling and recrystallization annealing were carried out on the slab,the microstructure and texture in the process were detected,and the corresponding magnetic properties were determined.The results show that the strength of{100}and other favorable textures in the finished product can be improved by increasing the proportion of columnar grains in the continuous casting slab,iron loss P1.5/50 can be reduced,the comprehensive magnetic properties are improved obviously,and the corrugated defects will not appear on the surface.
