一种新型铸造铝铜合金的热处理工艺研究

铸铝铜合金成分多,熔炼工艺复杂、成型工艺困难、力学性能稳定性差,严重制约了其在高端装备关键零部件上的广泛应用.通过正交试验确定了一种新型铸造Al-Cu合金的最佳热处理工艺,采用OM、SEM和TEM表征了合金的显微组织,分析了合金组织与性能的关系.结果表明:新型铸造Al-Cu合金获得高强度的最佳热处理工艺为:固溶 535℃/8 h、时效 170℃/6 h.热处理后该合金的平均抗拉强度达到 518 MPa,平均伸长率为 5.8%,具有良好的力学性能;合金平均晶粒度为 7级,时效过程析出的第二相在境界弥散分布;拉伸试样断口有大量细小韧窝,且有明显的河流状的撕裂棱.
Investigation of Heat Treatment Process of A New Cast Aluminum-copper Alloy
Cast Al-Cu alloy has many components,complex smelting process,difficult forming process and poor mechanical property stability,which seriously restricts the wide application of cast Al-Cu alloy in key parts of high-end equipment.The optimal heat treatment process of a new cast Al-Cu alloy was determined by orthogonal experiments.The microstructure of the alloy was characterized by OM,SEM and TEM.Besides,the relationship between the microstructure and the properties of the alloy was investigated.The results show that the best heat-treat process for obtaining high strength of the new cast Al-Cu alloy is solid solution at 535℃for 8 h,aging at 170℃for 6 h.The averaye tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 518 MPa and 5.8%,respectively,which has good mechanical properties.The average grain size of the alloy is grade 7,the second phases precipitated during aging are evenly distributed at grain boundary.The fracture of the tensile specimen has a large number of fine dimples with obvious river-like tearing edges.
