液态模锻浇注温度对AZ80机械壳体力学性能和抗氧化性能的影响

摘要
为了探索浇注温度对液态模锻AZ80 机械壳体力学性能和抗氧化性能的影响规律,在熔炼温度 720℃、比压力 50 MPa、压头速度 60 mm/s、充型速度 8 m/s、充型时间 1.1 s、保压时间 10 s和模具预热温度 280℃不变的情况下,采用不同的浇注温度进行AZ80 镁合金机械壳体试样液态模锻试验,并进行了试样室温力学性能以及 350℃×24 h抗氧化性能的测试与分析.结果表明:在浇注温度从 610℃增加搭到 670℃,试样力学性能和抗氧化性能先提高后下降.AZ80 镁合金机械壳体试样液态模锻的浇注温度优选为 655℃.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence rules of pouring temperature on the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of liquid die forged AZ80 mechanical shell,the liquid die forging test of AZ80 magnesium alloy mechanical shell samples was carried out with different pouring temperatures under the melting temperature of 720℃,the specific pressure of 50 MPa,the indenter speed of 60 mm/s,the filling speed of 8 m/s,the filling time of 1.1 s,the holding time of 10 s and the mold preheating temperature of 280℃.The mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature from 610℃to 670℃,the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance(350℃×24 h)of the samples increase first and then decrease.The pouring temperature of liquid die forging for AZ80 magnesium alloy mechanical shell sample is preferably 655℃.
