Enhancing the strength of automotive steels is an effective way to achieve lightweight design of vehicles.However,as the strength of hot-formed steels enhances,their hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility increases accordingly.Hydrogen fracture has become an important problem that hinders the development and application of ultra-high strength hot-formed steels.The latest research progress in four aspects:influencing factors,research methods,mechanisms and protection methods of hydrogen embrittlement of hot-formed steels were reviewed,providing references for researchers in related fields.
