钛合金具有优异的性能,在航空航天领域具有广阔应用市场.铸造为钛合金成型提供了一种低成本的净近成型技术,然而夹杂是钛合金铸件成型过程中一类严重的缺陷,对钛合金铸件的内部质量及力学性能有很大影响.介绍了钛合金铸件常见的夹杂缺陷种类,分析了钛合金铸件夹杂产生的原因,并总结了易产生夹杂缺陷的部位.为防止夹杂类缺陷产生,提出了原材料及熔炼质量控制、造型及浇注工艺控制、铸件结构及铸造工艺优化等多方面的解决措施.通过这些举措,可以有效解决钛合金铸件夹杂问题,降低铸件生产成本,提高产品质量.
Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for Inclusion Defects in Titanium Alloy Castings
Titanium alloys have excellent properties,which have a broad application market in the aerospace field.The casting can provide a low-cost net-near forming technology for titanium alloy forming.While,the inclusion is a serious defect in the forming process of titanium alloy casting,which has a great impact on the internal quality and mechanical properties of titanium alloy castings.The common types of inclusion defects in titanium alloy castings were introduced,the causes of inclusion in titanium alloy castings were analyzed,and the positions which were prone to form inclusion defects were summarized.In order to prevent the inclusion defects,the control of raw materials and melting qulaity,control of molding and pouring process,optimization of casting structure and casting process were put forward.Through these measures,the inclusion problems of titanium alloy castings can be effectively solved,the production cost of the castings can be reduced,and the product quality can be improved.
