摘要
激光作为一种先进的加工工具,在工业焊接领域发挥越来越重要的作用.本文介绍了近几年出现的针对金属材料(高反射金属材料、异种金属材料),非金属材料(塑料、玻璃以及陶瓷),以及金属与非金属材料之间的激光焊接光源和应用,对激光焊接的发展趋势进行了展望.
Abstract
As an advanced processing tool,laser plays a more and more important role in the field of industrial welding.The new laser welding sources and applications for metal materials were introduced including high reflection metal materials,dissimilar metals,non-metallic materials including plastics,glass,and ceramics and dissimilar materials between metals and non-metallic materials in recent years.The development trend of laser welding was prospected.
