疏浚船用高强高韧铸造锁圈的热处理工艺研究

锁圈用于疏浚船管道对接,是管道接口处的关键部件,其承受较大的载荷,对材料的强韧性要求高.对一种疏浚船用高强高韧铸造锁圈用钢进行了热处理工艺研究.结果表明:在淬火温度 890℃时,随回火温度的升高,试验钢的强度降低,断后伸长率升高.经 890℃水淬、620℃回火后的组织为回火马氏体,硬度和冲击功分别为 34 HRC和 29 J,材料强韧性配合较好.
Research on Heat Treatment Technology of High Strength and High Toughness Casting Lock Ring for Dredging Ship
The lock ring is the key component at the pipeline interface of dredging ship,which bears a large load and requires high strength and toughness of the material.The heat treatment technology of a kind of steel for high strength and high toughness casting lock ring for dredged marine was studied.The results show that when the quenching temperature is 890℃,the strength of the test steel decreases and the elongation after break increases with the increase of tempering temperature.After water quenching at 890℃and tempering at 620℃,the microstructure is tempered martensite,and the hardness and impact work are 34 HRC and 29 J,respectively,the strength and toughness of the material are well matched.
