南马庄油田地面集输管线腐蚀机理研究

针对南马庄油田地面集输管线腐蚀穿孔严重的问题,对 4 条集输管线输送的采出水组成进行分析,通过失重法测定 20 碳钢在其中的平均腐蚀速率,并对腐蚀产物膜和点蚀坑进行表征.结果表明:南马庄油田采出水呈中性或弱碱性,Cl-和HCO3-含量高,可能造成腐蚀和碳酸盐结垢;采出水对 20 钢的平均腐蚀速率较低(<0.076 mm/a),但存在严重的点蚀,最大点蚀深度在 66~97 μm,点蚀系数>50;造成点蚀的主要原因为腐蚀产物膜不完整、Cl-和CO2 腐蚀.结合地面管线腐蚀形貌,建立了南马庄油田地面集输管线腐蚀机理模型,并阐述了其机理.
Study on Corrosion Mechanism of Ground Gathering Pipeline in Nanmazhuang Oilfield
Aiming at the serious corrosion and perforation of surface gathering and transportation pipelines in Nanmazhuang oilfield,the composition of produced water transported by four gathering and transportation pipelines was analyzed.The average corrosion rate of 20 carbon steel was measured by weight loss method,and the corrosion product film and pitting pits were characterized.The results show that the produced water of Nanmazhuang oilfield is neutral or weakly alkaline,and the content of Cl-and HCO3-is high,which may cause corrosion and carbonate scaling.The average corrosion rate of produced water to 20#steel is low(<0.076 mm/a),but there is serious pitting corrosion.The maximum pitting depth is 66 μm-97 μm,and the pitting coefficient is more than 50.The main causes of pitting corrosion are incomplete corrosion product film,Cl-and CO2 corrosion.Combined with the surface pipeline corrosion morphology,the corrosion mechanism model of surface gathering pipeline in Nanmazhuang oilfield is established,and its mechanism is described.
