摘要

选取输电线路中常用的球头挂板和碗头挂板两种挂板金具,应用Deform HT软件对热镀锌铝合金挂板金具热处理过程进行有限元分析.介绍了金具材料热处理的多场耦合理论,分别建立两种挂板的有限元分析模型,对其热处理过程的温度场和应力场变化进行了分析.结果表明:球头挂板和碗头挂板在油冷过程中,降温速率较快,零件整体降温不均衡;球头挂板在淬火阶段应力变化比较剧烈,而且结构连接处应力大于挂板中心区域应力;碗头挂板在热处理过程最后阶段应力较大的位置位于上面碗头与下方连接处以及下方环的中部.研究结果有助于寻找挂板金具热处理过程中的薄弱环节和薄弱部位,可以为相关技术人员提供参考.

Abstract

Deform HT software was used to analyze the heat treatment process of hot-dip galvanized aluminum alloy hanging plate by selecting two kinds of hanging plate hardwares,which were commonly used in transmission lines.The theory of multi-field coupling for heat treatment of hardware was introduced.The finite element analysis model of two kinds of hanging plates was established,and the temperature field and stress field change of the heat treatment process were analyzed respectively.The results show that the cooling rate of ball-head hanging plate and bowl-head hanging plate is fast and the overall cooling rate of parts is not balanced.The stress change of the ball-head hanging plate is more intense in the quenching stage,and the stress at the structural joint is greater than that at the center of the hanging plate.In the final stage of the heat treatment process,the stress position of the hanging plate of the bowl head is located at the joint between the top bowl head and the the lower ring.The research results are helpful to find the weak links and weak parts in the heat treatment process of hanging plate fittings,and can provide references for relevant technicians.
