超声处理对Al-2Sn合金凝固组织及除气效果的影响

摘要
研究了超声处理对Al-2Sn合金凝固组织及除气的影响,除气效果用密度法来表征.结果表明,超声处理对铸锭凝固组织的细化和除气有极佳的效果.使用 2000 W超声功率处理 30 s的晶粒细化效果最好,铸锭断面组织主要为等轴晶;使用 2000 W超声处理 60 s具有最佳的除气效果,此时铸锭的密度和除气率最高,分别为 2.7224 g/cm3 和67%.最后对高强超声的细化和除气机理也进行了分析.
Abstract
The effect of ultrasonic treatment on solidification microstructure and degassing of Al-2Sn alloy was studied,The effect of gas removal is characterized by the density method.The results show that the ultrasonic treatment has an excellent effect on refining and degassing of solidification structure of the ingot.The grain refinement effect is best when treated with 2000 W ultrasonic power for 30 s,and the microstructure of the ingot section is equiaxed grain.Ingots treated with 2000 W ultrasonic for 60 s has the best degassing effect,and the density and degassing rate of the ingot are the highest at this time,which are 2.7224 g/cm3 and 67%,respectively.Finally,the refinement and degassing mechanism of high-intensity ultrasound was also analyzed.
