在役15Cr1Mo1V钢再热蒸汽管道焊接接头组织及性能分析

以某电厂在役的 15Cr1Mo1V 钢再热蒸汽管道焊接接头为研究对象,对其显微组织、硬度、室温和高温拉伸性能进行了分析.结果表明:再热蒸汽管道焊接接头热影响区和焊缝区的晶内及晶界处有颗粒状的析出物,接头组织出现老化现象.管道焊接接头热影响区和焊缝区的硬度较高,增加了管道脆性失效的风险.室温与高温拉伸结果表明焊缝的强度高于母材,塑性略低于母材,说明无论在室温还是高温环境下焊缝优先失效的风险均较低.
Analysis on Microstructure and Performance of In-service 15Cr1Mo1V Steel Reheat Steam Pipe Welded Joint
Taking the welded joint of 15Cr1Mo1V steel reheat steam pipe in service in a power plant as the research object,its microstructure,hardness,room temperature and high temperature tensile properties were analyzed.The results show that there are granular precipitates in grains and at grain boundary of the heat affected zone and weld zone of the reheat steam pipe welded joint,and the aging phenomenon appears in the joint structure.The hardness of the heat affected zone and weld zone of the pipeline welded joint is higher,which increases the risk of brittle failure of pipeline.The room temperature and high temperature tensile results show that the strength of the weld zone is higher than that of the base metal,and the plasticity of the weld zone is slightly lower than that of the base metal,indicating that the risk of preferential failure of the weld zone is low no matter at room temperature or at high temperature.
