Effect of Hot Rolling Deformation on Grain Orientation,Texture and Recrystallization of 6063 Al Alloy Containing 0.5%B
With the help of SEM,EBSD,EDS and other test methods, the effects of rolling deformation amount on the grain orientation, deformation texture and recrystallization of 6063 aluminum alloy containing 0.5%B were studied. The results show that with the increase of rolling deformation amount, the grains become smaller and smaller, more and more flat, the grain orientation tends to be consistent, and the density of grain boundary with small angles increases.Rolling deformation can significantly change the proportion of internal texture of aluminum alloy, and the proportion of S texture and Brass texture becomes less with the increase of the deformation amount of the alloys, and the proportion of Cube texture and Goss texture becomes more.Homogenizing heat treatment increases the recrystallization grains of the sample to 87.4%,and rolling can reduce the number of recrystallization grains sharply, but the number of recrystallization grains slowly increases to 1.18%as the deformation amount increases.
