摘要
超高速激光熔覆技术是一种新型的表面涂层制备技术,可用于制备具有冶金结合的致密金属防护涂层.与传统熔覆工艺相比,超高速激光熔覆的加工效率高、涂层稀释率低,且涂层内部晶粒组织明显细化,可表现出更加优异的防护性能,在工业生产中具有广阔的应用前景.介绍了超高速激光熔覆技术的原理与加工特点,分析了国内外超高速激光熔覆设备的发展现状,综述了超高速激光熔覆涂层材料的研究进展,讨论了当前超高速激光熔覆涂层发展的主要问题,并展望了超高速激光熔覆技术及其涂层材料的发展趋势.
Abstract
Extreme high-speed laser cladding technique is a newly-developed surface coating technology,which can be used to prepare dense protective coatings with a metallurgical bonding interface.Compared with the traditional cladding,extreme high-speed laser cladding technique has higher processing efficiency,and the prepared coatings possess much lower dilution and finer microstructure.Thus,extreme high-speed laser cladding coatings show superior protective service performance,which makes them more promising to be applied in industrial production.The fundamental principle and advantage of the extreme high-speed laser cladding technique were introduced,and the development status of the processing equipment in China and abroad were summarized.Furthermore,the current research progress and problems of extreme high-speed laser cladding coating materials were summarized and discussed.As last,the development trend of extreme high-speed laser cladding technology and corresponding coating materials was forecasted.
