多丝电弧增材制造研究进展

航空航天事业的快速发展对高强度且轻量化的铝合金材料提出了更高需求,但是由于这些合金的自身物理特性,存在焊丝制备困难的问题,因此采用多丝电弧增材制造方法合成目标合金材料引起了越来越多学者的关注.同时为了得到组织均匀、性能稳定的产品,通过在线监测实现增材过程的调控也是一大难点.本文介绍了近年来众多学者在过程检测及控制、熔滴过渡调控和微观组织等方面做出的努力,总结了多丝电弧增材制造所存在的问题及面临的挑战,并对未来的研究目标及发展前景进行了分析.
Research Progress of Multi-wire Arc Additive Manufacturing
The rapid development of the aerospace industry has put forward higher demand for high-strength and lightweight Al alloy materials.However,due to the physical characteristics of these alloys,it is difficult to prepare welding wires.Therefore,the synthesis of target alloy materials using multi-wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)has attracted more and more scholars'attention.Furthermore,in order to obtain products with uniform microstructure and stable performance,it is also a major difficulty to regulate and control the additive manufacturing process through online monitoring.The efforts made by many scholars in process inspection and control,droplet transfer control and microstructure in recent years were introduced.The existing problems and challenges of multi-wire arc additive manufacturing were summarized.The future research objectives and development prospects were also analyzed.
