稀土 Ce变质铸造ADC12铝合金的组织及性能

通过添加稀土 Ce的方式对ADC12铝合金进行了变质处理,采用显微组织观察、拉伸试验、断口形貌观察等手段研究了 0~0.9%Ce对ADC12铝合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:稀土 Ce对ADC12铝合金有较好的变质效果.随着Ce添加量的增加,ADC12合金组织中α-Al相面积分数先升高后降低,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率先升高后降低.Ce添加量0.5%的合金中α-Al相面积分数达到最大值40.2%,其抗拉强度和伸长率也达到最大值,分别为258.2 MPa和3.5%,与未变质的ADC12合金相比,分别提高了 37.7%和94.4%.
Microstructure and Properties of Rare Earth Ce Modified Cast ADC12 Aluminum Alloy
ADC 12 aluminum alloy was modified by adding rare earth Ce.The effects of 0-0.9%Ce on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ADC 12 aluminum alloy were studied by means of microstructure observation,tensile test and fracture morphology observation.The results show that rare earth Ce has good modification effect on ADC12 aluminum alloy.With the increase of Ce content,the area fraction of α-Al phase in the microstructure of ADC 12 alloy increases first and then decreases,and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increase first and then decrease.The α-Al phase area fraction in the alloy with 0.5%Ce content reaches the maximum of 40.2%,and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy also reach the maximum values of 258.2 MPa and 3.5%respectively,which are increased by 37.7%and 94.4%compared with those of the unmodified ADC 12 alloy respectively.
