一种提高45钢力学性能的热处理工艺

研究了提高45钢力学性能的高压调质热处理工艺.采用光学显微镜、硬度计和电子万能试验机观察和测试了该工艺处理后45钢的组织和力学性能,并与相同工艺常规热处理的样品相比较.结果表明:该工艺有效提高了 45钢的力学性能,在4 GPa压力作用下,经900 ℃保温15 min处理后再经550 ℃保温40 min回火处理,45钢的硬度和压缩屈服强度分别为36.5 HRC和928 MPa,较同工艺常压调质处理的分别提高了 17.74%和16.88%.
A Heat Treatment Process for Improving Mechanical Properties of 45 Steel
The heat treatment process for improving the mechanical properties of 45 steel was studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel treated by this process were observed and tested by optical microscope,hardness tester and electronic universal tester.It was compared with the samples of conventional heat treatment in the same process.The results show that,the mechanical properties of 45 steel can be effectively improved by this process.Under the action of 4 GPa pressure,after 15min treatment at 900 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃ for 40 min,the hardness and compression yield strength of 45 steel are 36.5 HRC and 928 MPa,respectively,which are 17.74%and 16.88%higher than those of atmospheric pressure quenching and tempering treatment,respectively.
