Study on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Cladding(FeCr)70Co10Ni10Mn10 High Entropy Alloy
Three-component(FeCr)70Co10Ni10Mn10 high-entropy alloy coatings were prepared on 45 steel substrate by laser cladding.The microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of three high-entropy alloy coatings were analyzed.The results show that(FeCr)70Co10Ni10Mn10 high-entropy alloy coating prepared by laser cladding technology has reached the metallurgical bond with the substrate.As the number of cladding layers increases,the composition of the coating tends to be stable.With the increase of Cr content,the coating changes from face-centered cubic phase to σ phase.With the large increase of σ phase,the hardness of the coating increases.Appropriate Cr content can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy,and a large amount of σ phase reduce the pitting resistance of the alloy.
