摘要

介绍了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系列高强铝合金的发展历程,归纳了 Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系铝合金的时效处理工艺、时效析出相的组织特点及其对铝合金强度和腐蚀性能的影响.针对目前工艺过程并结合实践应用的要求,提出了未来Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系铝合金时效处理工艺研究和开发需要关注的问题.

Abstract

The development course of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series high strength aluminum alloy was introduced.The aging treat ment process of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy,microstructure characteristics of aging precipitated phase and its influence on Al alloy strength and corrosion properties were summarized.The effect of different aging treatment processes on the properties of aluminum alloy was summarized.Aiming at the requirements of current process and practical application,the problems that need concern in the research and development of aging treatment of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy in the future were put forward.
