为探究表面织构对激光离散硬化效果的影响规律,对不同织构参数50CrMo4钢表面进行激光离散硬化处理,通过光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度仪分析了硬化点的尺寸、显微组织、物相以及硬度.结果表明:激光束在织构内部会进行漫反射促进材料对激光的二次吸收,有利改善了材料对激光束的吸收率,使得硬化点直径比未织构表面提高8.5%、深度提高22.7%;硬化区域随着织构的深度、密度的增加而增加,织构密度的影响更为明显;织构表面淬硬层的马氏体组织更细,将硬化区域的平均硬度提高4.3%.
Study on Microstructure and Properties of 50CrMo4 Steel Treated by Laser Texture-Discrete Hardening
In order to explore the influence of surface texture on laser discrete hardening effect,the surface of 50CrMo4 steel with different texture parameters was treated by laser discrete hardening.The size,microstructure,phase and hardness of hardened spot were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and microhardness tester.The results show that the laser beam can diffuse reflect inside the texture to promote the secondary absorption of the laser beam,which can improve the absorption rate of the laser beam,and the diameter and depth of the hardened spot are increased by 8.5%and 22.7%,respectively,compared with the un-textured surface.The hardened area increases with the increase of texture depth and density,and the influence of texture density is more obvious.The finer martensite structure of the hardened layer on the texture surface increases the average hardness of the hardened area by 4.3%.
