航空铝合金冷喷涂修理微观组织及其疲劳损伤特性研究

为了研究冷喷涂修理航空铝合金损伤试验件的微观组织及修理试验件再延寿疲劳试验的损伤特性,采用冷喷涂技术制备了冷喷涂修理损伤试验件,并进行了疲劳试验.采用光镜、扫描电镜对冷喷涂组织及断口进行了观察,在疲劳试验的同时对冷喷涂修理试验件的疲劳损伤进行了无损检测.结果表明,冷喷涂组织致密,气孔率低;冷喷涂层在疲劳过程中为脆性断裂.冷喷涂修理损伤试验件在疲劳试验过程中先后呈现出3种形式的损伤,基体与冷喷涂层之间的分层、基体裂纹扩展、冷喷涂层裂纹.研究工作将为航空铝合金冷喷涂修理技术的进一步工程应用提供技术支撑.
Research on Microstructure and Fatigue Damage Characteristics of Aerospace Aluminum Alloy by Cold Spray Repair
In order to study the microstructure of the damaged test pieces of aviation aluminum alloys repaired by cold spraying and the damage characteristics of the repaired test pieces in the re-life extension fatigue test,the cold sprayed repaired damaged test pieces were prepared by cold spraying technology,and the fatigue tests were carried out.The microstructure and fracture of the cold spraying were observed by light microscope scanning electron microscope,and the fatigue damage of cold spraying repair test parts was tested by non-destructive testing.The results show that the cold spraying structure is compact and the porosity is low.The cold sprayed coating is brittle fracture during fatigue.During the fatigue test,the cold spray repair damage test piece shows three kinds of damage successively,the delamination between the substrate and the cold spray layer,the expansion of the substrate crack,and the crack of the cold spray layer.The research work provides certain technical support for the further engineering application of aerospace aluminum alloy cold spray repair technology.
