Cr2Fe2NiAlCu高熵合金的显微组织与力学性能研究

采用真空电弧炉熔炼法制备了具有体心立方结构的高熵合金Cr2Fe2NiAlCu,并对其在不同温度下进行了热处理,研究热处理对其力学性能的影响.结果表明:950 ℃以下的热处理不改变高熵合金Cr2Fe2NiAlCu的单相固溶体结构.热处理可以改善该高熵合金的压缩性能,合金在800 ℃热处理后的塑性最好,弹性也最佳,抗压强度达到最大值为 1930 MPa.
Research on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cr2Fe2NiAlCu High-entropy Alloys
High-entropy alloys Cr2Fe2NiAlCu with body centered cubic structure were prepared by vacuum arc furnace melting,which was heat treated at different temperatures.The effect of heat treatment on its mechanical properties was studied.The results show that heat treatment below 950 ℃ does not change the microstructure of single-phase solid solution Cr2Fe2NiAlCu.Heat treatment can improve the compressive properties of Cr2Fe2NiAlCu.The alloy heat-treated at 800 ℃ shows the best plasticity,the elasticity is also the best,meanwhile,the compressive strength reaches the maximum value of 1930 MPa.
