汽车轻量化气门材料减摩改性的研究进展

随着汽车工业的不断发展,对汽车性能以及节能减排的要求越来越高.气门作为发动机的重要组成部分,对发动机的效率和温室气体排放有着重要影响.发动机内部严苛的工作环境要求轻量化气门材料具有良好的耐磨性能.分析了常用表面技术包括物理强化、化学热处理、激光表面技术、表面热喷涂等技术在改善轻量化气门材料耐磨性上的应用,最后对未来气门轻量化材料减摩应用发展面临的问题提出了建议.
Research Progress on Friction Reduction Modification of Automotive Lightweight Valve Materials
With the continuous development of the automotive industry,the requirements for automotive performance as well as energy saving and emission reduction are getting higher and higher.As an important part of the engine,valves have a significant impact on engine efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions.The harsh working environment inside the engine requires the lightweight valve materials to have good wear resistance.The application of commonly used surface technologies,including physical reinforcement,chemical heat treatment,laser surface technology,surface thermal spraying and other technologies,was analyzed to improve the wear resistance of lightweight valve materials,and finally,the suggestions on some problems faced by the development of friction reduction applications of lightweight materials for valves in the future were put forward.
