6082铝合金型材不同厚度处的组织和力学性能研究

摘要
通过对不同厚度处试样的表征与测试,研究了 80 mm厚的 6082-T6 铝合金型材典型厚度处(表层、1/4 厚度层和 1/2 厚度层)的组织与拉伸性能变化规律.结果表明,型材在不同厚度层存在显著的拉伸性能差异,相同厚度层的不同方向(纵向、横向和 45°)的拉伸性能也有较大差异.1/2 厚度层具有最高的纵向拉伸强度.这主要与型材的组织分布及织构组分共同作用有关.
Abstract
Through the representation and testing of the samples at different thickness,the microstructure and tensile performance of 80 mm thick 6082-T6 Al alloy material at the surface layer,1/4 thickness layer and 1/2 thickness layer were studied.The results show that there are significant differences in tensile properties of profiles in different thickness layers,and the tensile properties of the same thickness layer also change greatly in different directions(longitudinal,transverse and 45°).The 1/2 thickness layer has the highest longitudinal tensile strength.This is mainly the result of the common effect of the structure distribution and the texture component.
