摘要

陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合材料集金属和陶瓷材料诸多优异特性于一体,在不损害金属材料良好塑韧性的同时,兼具陶瓷材料的高硬度、高强度、良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性等性能.综述了颗粒增强复合材料的制备方法、制备复合材料过程中的难点、陶瓷颗粒增强复合材料的应用现状等内容,对陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合材料的应用提出了展望.

Abstract

Ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composites integrate many excellent properties of metals and ceramic materials,while not compromising the good plasticity and toughness of metal materials,they also possess the high hardness,high strength,good wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramic materials.The preparation methods of ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composites,the difficulties in preparing ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composites and the current application status were summarized,and the prospects for the application of ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composites was put forward.
