Analysis of Organizational Circle Layer Model Based on Chinese International Relationship Structure
This paper takes the leader-member exchange under the Chinese culture context as the reasearch ob-ject based on the traditional leader-member exchange theory, and analyses the Chinese Different Sequence Pat-tern. Then it puts forward the model of organizational circle layer combined with Chinese Different Sequence Pat-tern and the characters of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) under the pattern. The model breakthroughs the limit of the original research, and presents some advices for leaders to manage organization.
