Research on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Team Knowledge Sharing Performance——Based on the Mediating Effect of Trust Tendency
The relationship between different dimensions of transformational leadership,trust tendency,team knowledge sharing performance is analyzed using the method of structural equation model.The study sample includes 791 valid questionnaires and corresponding to the state of the environment.Results show that transformational leadership through trust tendency as mediate variables on team knowledge sharing performance has a significant effect;trust tendency plays a partial mediating effect between transformational leadership and team knowledge sharing,task oriented and relationship oriented transformational leadership have different path of effects on trust tendency and team knowledge sharing performance.The task oriented transformational leadership has a significant influence on the sharing willingness,sharing performance,sharing behavior,while relationship oriented transformational leadership has a significant influence on the trust tendency,employee satisfaction.
