Evolutionary Game Analysis of Platform Monopoly Regulation:From the Perspective of Enterprise Users
Numerical simulation analysis of the economic system composed of government, platform, and enterprise users from the perspective of enterprise users on the platform using evolutionary game methods can help find ways to achieve the target strategy combination and provide new ideas for platform monopoly regulation. The research results indicate that the effective path to achieve the target strategy combination is to adopt appropriate subsidy measures for enterprise users who have been infringed upon by monopolistic behavior and to punish platforms that have caused monopolistic behavior through"comple-mentary punishment".The key to achieving the goal strategy combination is to simultaneously increase both punishment and subsidy efforts, with the concept of"multiple punishments and multiple compensations".The operating costs under different platform conditions will affect its decision-making,and reducing the platform's normal service costs or increasing monopoly costs can encourage it to abandon monopoly behavior. Therefore, existing regulatory measures can attempt to expand from a single punishment only for monopolistic platforms to a"combination of compensation and punishment".In terms of the quan-titative relationship between"compensation"and"punishment","multiple punishments and multiple compensations"should be achieved, and consideration should be given to reducing the normal service costs of the platform and increasing monopoly costs.
