碳市场对地区经济高质量发展影响研究——基于市场机制视角

摘要
基于2009-2019年省级面板数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法测度各省市的经济高质量发展水平,并运用连续性DID模型实证分析碳市场对地区经济高质量发展的影响效应.研究发现:碳价、碳市场规模和碳市场活跃度均对地区经济高质量发展具有显著正向影响;在东部地区、工业化程度较低和绿色创新水平较高的地区,碳市场对经济高质量发展的促进作用更加明显.最后,为建成全国统一碳市场和落实经济高质量发展的重大部署提供参考性建议.
Abstract
Based on provincial panel data from 2009-2019,we use the entropy TOPSIS method to measure the high-quali-ty economic development level of provinces and cities and adopt a continuous DID model to empirically analyze the effect of the carbon market on regional high-quality economic development.The results show that carbon price,carbon market scale,and carbon market activity all have a significant positive impact on regional high-quality economic development;in the east-ern region,regions with low industrialization and high green innovation level,the carbon market has a more prominent role in promoting high-quality economic development.Finally,it provides informative suggestions for completing a national unified carbon market and implementing high-quality economic development.
