节水视域下企业可持续水管理动因及路径研究

采用程序化扎根理论研究方法,借助Nvivol2软件对6家食品饮料领先企业的管理实践进行深度剖析,识别出企业可持续水管理的驱动机制、行动路径及价值效应.结果显示:外部因素、内部因素及二者交互效应,驱动企业可持续水管理行为并产生经济、环境、社会等多重价值效益.进一步厘清了企业可持续水管理内外部要素间的作用机制,构建了基于"动机-行为-绩效"的企业可持续水管理概念模型.最后,提出了政策启示.
Drivers and Paths of Corporate Water Stewardship from Water Conservation Perspective
Using a programmatic grounded theory research method and with the help of Nvivol2 software,an in-depth anal-ysis of the management practices of 6 leading food and beverage enterprises is conducted to identify the driving mechanism,action paths,and value effects of corporate water stewardship.Results show that external factors,internal factors,and the in-teraction of the two drive corporate water stewardship behaviors and generate economic,environmental,social,and other mul-tiple value benefits.Furthermore,the mechanism between internal and external elements of corporate water stewardship is clarifiied,and a conceptual model of corporate water stewardship based on"motivation-behavior-performance"is construc-ted,which provides valuable guidance for corporate water management under China's water conservation action.
