The Impact of Cross-Border Search Union and Matching Equilibrium on Firms'Technological Innovation Performance:The Mediating Role of Knowledge Coupling and the Moderating Role of Flexible Convention
Based on the theory of organizational boundary management,this paper discusses the impact of cross-border search union and matching balance on innovation performance,as well as the mediating role of alternative and complementary knowledge coupling and the moderating role of flexible practices on the relationship between knowledge coupling and innova-tion performance.Based on the data analysis of 139 high-tech enterprises,the results show that cross-border search com-bination and matching balance positively affect innovation performance;the relationship between cross-border search bal-ance and corporate innovation is mediated by knowledge coupling;flexible norms moderate how knowledge coupling affects the effectiveness of enterprise innovation.
