人工智能、技术复杂度与全要素生产率——基于2010-2020年省级面板数据的经验证据

利用2010-2020年的省级面板数据估计了人工智能、技术复杂度对全要素生产率的影响效应.研究表明:在人工智能发展初期,受到要素边际报酬递减的影响,人工智能对全要素生产率的促进作用并不显著;进一步将技术复杂度纳入模型后发现,人工智能与技术复杂度二者的有效融合对全要素生产率的提升具有显著的正向效应,但技术复杂度的中介效应并不显著.
Artificial Intelligence,Technical Complexity,and Total Factor Productivity:Empirical Evidence Based on Provincial Panel Data from 2010 to 2020
In the stage of high-quality development,total factor productivity not only depends on the development of artifi-cial intelligence but is also affected to a large extent by technical complexity.This paper estimates the impact of Al and tech-nology complexity on total factor productivity using provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020.The research shows that,in the early stage of artificial intelligence development,the influence of these factors on the promotion of total factor productivity is not significant.After further incorporating the technical complexity into the model,we found that the effective integration of artificial intelligence and technical complexity significantly improves total factor productivity.However,the intermediary effect of technical complexity is not significant.
