Pricing Decision of NEV Battery Swapping Supply Chain Under Different Power Structures
Under the background of the new energy vehicle battery swapping mode,the Stackelberg game models of the sup-ply chain with different power structures are constructed based on the analysis of the vehicle manufacturer and battery swap-ping operator.This paper mainly discusses the influence of consumers'average battery rental duration,balanced battery rati-o,remaining echelon utilization value of retired batteries,and R&D cost share proportion on manufacturers'and operators'profit and pricing decisions.The research findings are as follows:(1)Increasing consumers'average battery rental duration can reduce the battery rental price and improve the R&D level of battery swapping technology.(2)The proportion of bal-anced battery ratio and the remaining echelon utilization value of retired batteries are important factors affecting the supply chain profits and decision-making;the impact on the battery swapping operators is more significant.(3)Both enterprise co-operation and echelon utilization can improve battery swapping station service efficiency.(4)The cooperation between the manufacturer and operator is the optimal development situation of the battery swapping mode,in which the profit,battery rental price,R&D level of technology,and market scale are all optimal,and the number of battery swapping stations to be built in the fixed market is the least.
