摘要
以国内外重要文献为语料库,通过主题建模提出了组织制度分析流派沿革的过程模型,据此阐明了组织制度分析的发展脉络与细分流派.在深度对比国内外文献主题脉络的基础上,从中国情境、数字经济、技术发展、理论反思4个角度指出组织制度分析在中国情境中的巨大研究潜力,以期为进一步研究中国故事提供独特的理论视角.
Abstract
Based on important domestic and foreign literature,this article proposes a process model of the evolution of this perspective through topic modeling,clarifying the development context and subdivision of organizational institutionalism.Based on the in-depth comparison of the topics of domestic and foreign literature,this paper points out the research poten-tial of organizational institutionalism in the Chinese context from four perspectives:Chinese context,digital economy,techno-logical development,and theoretical reflection,to provide a unique theoretical perspective for further research on Chinese sto-nes.
