观念叠加对企业创新绩效的影响——基于中国光伏产业的实证研究

摘要
基于光伏企业的大样本调查数据,分析了观念叠加对企业创新绩效的影响,并探讨价值共创行为的中介作用与政策支持的调节效应.结果表明:观念叠加对价值共创行为和企业创新绩效均具有显著正向影响;价值共创行为在观念叠加影响企业创新绩效过程中起部分中介作用;政策支持正向调节观念叠加与价值共创行为之间的关系,也正向调节价值共创行为与企业创新绩效之间的关系.
Abstract
Based on a large sample survey of photovoltaic enterprises,this paper empirically studies the impact of concept su-perposition on innovation performance and analyzes the mediating effect of value co-creation behavior and the moderating effect of policy support.The results show that concept superposition has a significant positive effect on value co-creation behavior and innovation performance.Value co-creation plays a partially mediating role in the process of concept superpo-sition affecting firm innovation performance.Policy support can positively regulate the relationship between concept superpo-sition and value co-creation,as well as the relationship between value co-creation and firm innovation performance.In other words,policy support plays a mediating role in the relationship between concept superposition and firm innovation per-formance.
