The Influence Mechanism of Perceived Substitution of AI Technology on Human-AI Cooperation Intention in Workplace
Based on the theory of emotional cognitive evaluation,the mediating mechanism and boundary conditions of per-ceived substitution of AI technology on human-AI cooperation intention in the workplace were investigated.Through the test of the two-stage matching data of 364 employees,it is found that the perceived substitution of AI technology has a sig-nificant negative impact on human-AI cooperation intention in the workplace.Perceived substitution of AI technology re-duces human-AI cooperation intention by causing AI anxiety;The sense of individual control can buffer the positive effects of perceived substitution of AI technology on AI anxiety,and then regulate the indirect effects of perceived substitution of AI technology on human-AI cooperation intention through AI anxiety.When individuals with a low sense of control are faced with perceived substitution of AI technology,they will more likely experience AI anxiety and thus have a lower human-AI cooperation intention.
