The Dual Influence Mechanism of Perceived Competitive Climate on Proactive Behavior
Based on the resource conservation theory,this paper reveals the internal mechanism of competitive atmosphere perception on proactive behavior from the perspectives of gain and loss and constructs a dual mediation path model from com-petitive atmosphere perception to proactive behavior.Based on 274 valid sample data,the hierarchical regression method was used for analysis.The results show that the perception of a competitive atmosphere positively influences proactive behavior.The relationship between learning goal orientation and status threat perception mediating competitive atmosphere perception on proactive behavior.Team differential climate plays a moderating role in the relationship between competitive climate per-ception and learning goal orientation and status threat perception,and constitutes a moderating mediator.
