摘要
鉴于目前鲜有PBFs多项目调度与运营战略匹配的研究,开展多项目调度优化目标与多项目调度性能聚焦目标之间一致性(目标一致性)对运营战略匹配的影响研究.首先,界定研究问题,分析目标一致性对匹配的影响机理,提出匹配的度量指标.其次,采用案例分析法,确定多项目调度性能聚焦指标,设置四种运营战略场景,开展目标一致性对匹配影响的仿真实验.最后,分析仿真结果,提出相应的调度策略.结果表明,目标一致性对匹配程度具有显著的影响,通过多项目调度配置能够提升匹配程度.
Abstract
In response to the current lack of research on the matching of multi-project scheduling and operational strategy in PBFs,the impact of consistency(goal consistency)between multi-project scheduling optimization goals and multi-project scheduling performance focus goals on operational strategy matching is studied.Firstly,define the research question,analyze the impact mechanism of goal consistency on matching,and propose matching measurement indicators.Secondly,using the case analysis method,the performance focus indicators for multi-project scheduling were determined,four operational strate-gy scenarios were set,and simulation experiments were conducted on the impact of goal consistency on matching.Finally,analyze the simulation results and propose corresponding scheduling strategies.The research results indicate that goal con-sistency has a significant impact on the degree of matching,and through multi-project scheduling configuration,the degree of matching can be improved.
