高铁经济效应差异性及其机制研究——来自产业结构视角的新证据

基于中国124个城市2001-2020年间的面板数据,结合双重差分与合成控制法,从城市产业结构角度探究了高铁经济效应差异性的作用机制.结果表明,高铁经济效应存在较强的产业结构差异,城市第一、第二和第三产业产值占比会显著影响高铁经济效应.因此,高铁对第三产业、第二产业和第一产业占比较高的城市的正经济效应逐渐减弱.进一步从直接效应和间接效应两方面对高铁经济效应产业结构差异的作用机制进行分析后发现,高铁的间接经济效应对不同城市形成了正面或负面经济影响,是导致高铁经济效应出现产业结构差异的主要原因.
Mechanism of Economic Effect Disparity of High-speed Rail:New Evidence from Industrial Structure Perspective
Based on panel data of 124 cities in China from 2001 to 2020,this paper uses a combination of difference-in-difference model(DID)and synthetic control method(SCM)to explore the mechanism of HSR's economic effects dispari-ties from the perspective of urban industrial structure.The results show that there is strong industrial structure disparity in the economic effects of HSR and the proportion of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in cities significantly affects the economic effects of HSR.Therefore,the positive economic effect of HSR on cities with higher proportion of tertiary,seconda-ry,and primary industries gradually diminish.After further analyzing the mechanism of the industrial structure disparities from both the direct and indirect effects,the indirect economic effects brought by HSR were found to be positive or negative in different cities,which is the main reason for the industrial structure disparities in HSR's economic effects.
