摘要

基于我国2005-2020年280个地级市面板数据,应用多期双重差分(DID)与三重差分(DDD)模型,实证检验了国家自主创新示范区对绿色高质量发展的影响机理.结果发现:国家自主创新示范区有效驱动了绿色高质量发展,该结论通过倾向得分匹配(PSM)等多项稳健性检验依然成立.三重差分检验结果表明:环境保护政策与创新驱动政策存在协同作用,政府环保注意力越高,国家自主创新示范区对绿色高质量发展的驱动效用越强.异质性分析结果显示:在中部地区与绿色发展水平较低的区域,政策对绿色高质量发展的促进作用更为明显.

Abstract

This paper selects panel data of 280 prefectural-level cities in China from 2005 to 2020 and empirically investi-gates the effect of national innovation demonstration zones on green and high-quality development using multi-period double difference-in-difference(DID)and triple difference(DDD)models.The results find that the national innovation demonstration zones effectively drive green and high-quality development,and this finding still holds through several ro-bustness tests such as propensity score matching(PSM).DDD test results show that there is a synergistic effect between en-vironmental protection policy and innovation-driven policy.The higher the government's environmental protection atten-tion,the stronger the driving effect of the national independent innovation demonstration zone on green and high-quality de-velopment.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that in the central region and the region with low green development level,the promotion effect of green and high-quality development of policies is more obvious.
