创新战略视角下的制造企业协同与创新绩效研究
Collaboration and Innovation Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises from the Perspective of Innovation Strategy

摘要
以制造型企业为研究对象,运用扎根理论和文本分析方法提炼出制造型企业开展协同合作的4个维度,分别为技术协同、战略协同、资金协同和知识协同.并将其视为影响制造企业创新绩效的条件变量,运用模糊集定性比较研究(fsQCA)方法进行组态分析.探究不同地域、规模和研发投入的制造企业开展协同合作对影响其创新绩效的不同条件组合,最终得到3条促进高创新绩效发生的路径(知识共创型、自主创新型、协同创新型)以及2条导致非高创新绩效发生的路径(规模企业和中小企业自主创新羸弱型).
Abstract
Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object,this paper uses grounded theory and text analysis to ex-tract four dimensions of manufacturing enterprises'collaborative cooperation,which are technology synergy,strategic synergy,capital synergy,and knowledge synergy,respectively.They are regarded as condition variables affecting the innovation per-formance of manufacturing enterprises,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative research(fsQCA)method is used for config-uration analysis.By studying the different combinations of conditions affecting the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises in different regions,sizes and R&D inputs,three paths promoting high innovation performance and two paths lead-ing to non-high innovation performance are obtained finally.
