摘要
基于社会嵌入理论与动态能力理论,从技术机会能力视角考察知识中介嵌入对制造企业数字化创新的影响,并探讨战略互赖性的调节作用.346家制造企业的实证结果表明:知识中介嵌入可以显著促进制造企业数字化创新;技术机会能力在知识中介嵌入与制造企业数字化创新之间起部分中介作用,战略互赖性正向调节知识中介嵌入与技术机会能力的关系,且进一步调节技术机会能力的中介作用.
Abstract
Based on social embeddedness theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper examines the impact of knowledge brokers on manufacturing enterprises'digital innovation from the perspective of technological opportunity capability,and ex-amines the regulatory role of strategic interdependence.The empirical results based on 346 manufacturing firms show that knowledge broker embedding can significantly promote digital innovation in manufacturing firms;technological opportunity capability plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between knowledge broker embedding and digital innovation in manufacturing firms,and strategic interdependence positively regulates the relationship between knowledge broker embedding and technological opportunity capability,and further regulates the mediating role of technological opportunity capability.
