摘要
基于"概念识别-类型划分-影响效应探析"的研究思路,归纳和总结了发明者流动的影响效应及与创新绩效的关系.首先,基于"机会(Opportunity)"与"代理(Agency)"微观基础理论,从发明者流动的驱动因素出发,将发明者流动界定为自主流动和被动流动两种类型.其次,以人力资本和社会资本为切入点,分别评述了两类发明者流动对企业和个人创新绩效的影响.最后,从研究理论、研究内容、研究对象与组织情境4个方面对发明者流动与创新绩效的未来研究做出展望.
Abstract
Based on the thought of"concept identification-type division-influence effect analysis",we summarized the effect of inventor mobility and its relationship with innovation performance.Firstly,according to the micro theory foundations of opportunity and agency,the inventor mobility is divided into autonomous mobility and passive mobility.Secondly,from the perspective of human capital and social capital,we commented on the impact of the two types of inventor mobility on en-terprise and individual innovation performance.Finally,future research on inventor mobility and innovation performance is proposed from four aspects:research theory,research content,research object,and organizational situation.The results sug-gest that there is rich practical significance and theoretical value in the research on inventor mobility.
