摘要
基于效果推理理论,收集了珠三角225家企业的问卷调查数据,揭示了创业导向对企业数字化转型的影响及作用机制.结果表明:(1)创业导向对企业数字化转型有显著正向影响;(2)效果推理在创业导向与企业数字化转型之间起中介作用,其中实验、柔性、先前承诺原则等3个维度的中介效应成立,但可承受损失原则的中介作用不显著;(3)界面管理能够正向调节创业导向对企业数字化转型的积极作用.
Abstract
Based on the theory of effectual reasoning,this paper uses questionnaire data collected from 225 enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and reveals the impact and mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on the digital transformation of enter-prises.The results show that,firstly entrepreneurial orientation can promote enterprise digital transformation.Secondly,ef-fectuation mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise digital transformation.From its subdi-viding dimension,the mediation effect of the experiment,flexibility,and the principle of prior commitment are valid,but the mediation effect of the principle of affordable loss is not significant.Third,interface management plays a positive moder-ating role between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise digital transformation.
