产业结构差异对企业OFDI区位选择的影响研究

摘要
基于企业对外投资微观数据研究发现:企业更倾向投资与母国产业结构相似的国家,从不同投资动机对该结果进行验证.结果表明:企业生产率与国内市场化水平提升会强化这一影响,外部市场冲击则效果相反.从企业OFDI绩效研究发现,与东道国产业结构差异降低会对企业OFDI带来生产率、资产收益与出口规模的提升.
Abstract
Based on the microdata of enterprises'outbound investment,this paper finds that enterprises are more likely to in-vest in countries with industrial structures similar to those of their home countries,which is verified by different investment motivations.This effect will be reinforced by the increase in firm productivity and domestic marketization,while external market shocks will have the opposite effect.The performance study of enterprise OFDI shows that the reduction of the indus-trial structure difference with the host country will bring about increase in productivity,asset income,and export scale of en-terprise OFDI.
